Recent metro (DMRC) accident is another example to prove that Indians are not concerned with security of life and property, rather they just want to save a few bucks and end up paying heavily for trying to save this meager amount.
Ranjan you wont believe a a product that costs us Rs 42 , DMRC wants us to supply it at Rs 40.
And the only way the price can be reduced is by reducing the quality.. People dont intent to do this but because DMRC is paying so less, they are forced to do this

Am actually aware of these kind of problems, thy normally occur wth gov and its organisations(sometimes wth pvt too). its a vicious circle, and we hv to breat it at its weakest point to get out of it. I know the value Rs2 in Rs 42. it nears to 5%.. which had costed DMRC much more.
i wanted to write these kind of isses too bt not able to due to some problem..
